Dr. Garrett Glissmeyer graduated in 2012 from the University of Utah with a degree in finance and the goal of owning his own business. He started a landscape construction company in Arizona, where he moved shortly after graduation. After a few years of toiling in the hot Arizona sun, he decided his time would be better spent indoors helping people. Dentistry piqued his interest and he went back to school to pursue this new career. He knew his experience of owning a business would help him manage his dental practice.
Dr. Glissmeyer and his family have chosen Ada as their home and the perfect place to start his practice, where he specializes in crowns and surgical procedures, such as extractions, bone grafts, and implants. He understands the fears patients can have when visiting the dentist and makes sure he takes time to explain what options are available that will lead to the best outcome for everyone who sits in one of his chairs. He strives to be the dentist his patients trust and does everything he can to help them when they are in need.
In his free time, Dr. Glissmeyer can likely be found anywhere there is water. His passion is being under the water scuba diving and spearfishing. He and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time with their two daughters. They are excited to be members of the Ada community and Dr. Glissmeyer looks forward to serving the patients of Ada Dentistry & Braces.
